what is the value of a research article on "violence against women" in a social policy field?

if we evaluate the research, we would realize that subjugation of women continues unabated. research will show that men need education, need guidance. yet, nothing is done and hence violence continues. we shld use the research to come up with proper social policies and with certain enforcement aspect that will bring men to their rightful sense that women are not toys to be battered. ‘cos the world is still dominated by men in top political social offices that the problem continues. u shld read the www.bahai.org where it shows how such violence can be averted and a new society where women take their rightful place in the governance of society is heralded. and education of women takes prime importance.

   It keeps money coming in, that study has been completed tens of thousands of times already – and they never use the actual results to set policy.
