Because of men that stalk women and young girls in the public facilities after dark. a report released by amnesty international says rapists and muggers make it impossible for women to venture out at night. This increases the risk of diseases like cholera and dysentery when they go to the bathroom in their homes. Titled ‘insecurity and indignity’, the report accuses the government of failing to provide security to protect women from sexual violence.
