She said she seperated last year. Harjap says are you permanant here? She says no, she has not got a stamp and is here on domestic violence basis. She asks if she has to do the Life in UK test? Harjap says did you come here on marriage basis? She says no, she came here and got married. Harjap says what was the case, domestic violence? She says we had fights with police involved, going on for 5 years. Harjap says has you application gone? She says yes. Harjap says for domestic violence, you do not need to take any tests, the amount of english you know doesn’t matter.
