Oakwood Police Chief Oly Ivey was arrested Monday for allegedly using a taser on his live-in girlfriend.

Ivy is charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. His bond is set at $100,000.

    If this moron got through all that screening and STILL got the job then this girl has a HUGE case against the governing body that let him walk among normal people with a gun.
