   Yes. When it was snowing, so snow got in my next door neighbor’s electric collar. Somebody came up to pet him and he almost bit her arm off.
   Well, the owners said probably snow got in his collar and it was irritating him to make the dog seem innocent, but that dog was always restless and always liked to get on people…….I hate that dog.
   The girl who got her arm almost bitten off, I think, had to go to the hospital. She insisted on not putting the dog to sleep, but I sure want to be dead.

   most violent offenders start out abusing animals….this kind of behavior should be a wake up call to everyone.

   juveniles or adults that display aggression towards animals should be monitored carefully. they usually find jumping up to human victims MUCH easier than non-animal abusers.

   Unfortunately i do not think it will ever stop. There is alot of cruel, cold hearted, abusing people in this world. I look back to when i was growing up and it was much safer to walk out your front door than it is now, but violence has always been around but only has gotten more out of control. Each day I turn on the news there has been another murder of a human being, the abuse of a child, or murder of a child because the child couldn’t say their abc’s or the abuse, neglect or murder of a pet. It has to stop, but the sad thing about it is It will never stop.
   I do not understand what is wrong with people these days, why do they get thrills for abusing or hurting adults, children and animals. Psycologists will say it comes from their background and the way they are treated when they were kids, I do not believe this to be true as the violence is worse now than it was 10 years ago. It is not just the domestic violence that needs to stop. It is all the violence that needs to stop. It is very sad this world has turned out this way, it seems like a movie sometimes, but in movies it ends usually with a happy ending, in real life it gets worse and never ends.

    the age old statement everyone is aware of and no one with the power to do so … does anything about … I’m a domestic abuse advocate that sees all to often the families that are torn apart by abuse … politicians need to make tougher laws that hold these abusers accountable for their action … it has to do some with jail … and alot with rehabilitation … this is a crime of control and escalates up to and including death … its a national tragedy and rarely addressed …

    no one deserves to be treated violently, besides violent criminals. what kind of coward beats up children and women and animals? that’s sick and they need to taught a lesson.
