With the discrimination against men in domestic violence…?
March 42010
I know it 99% automatically defaults to arresting the man. Short of him being disabled, dead, or something along those lines.
But….
How do police know who to arrest when there is a domestic disturbance involving lesbians?
Homojo: That’s a good thing to see. Fairness is the goal, after all.
Mystery: Boy oh boy, sexism at it’s finest. What lifetime/oxygen TV have you been watching? Women abuse just as much, if not more. Mental abuse is no less harmful than physical. Not to say that women only mentally abuse, though. And regardless – sexual disrimination is still sexual distrimination. It’s prejudice and it’s wrong. End of story.
Probably see which one looks more manly. Facial hair, muscular shoulders, ect….
Failing that, check for the damage. Although, that’s not very reliable. Simply because one knows how to defend oneself does not mean that they should be arrested for doing so.
Tough call on the cops’ part, I must say.

You must be bored toothless to come up with a question like this! Maybe the one with more bruises is the victim?

They would arrest the neighbour male as it is manditory to arrest the man. Any man will do. lol they would like it like that.
They should arrest both of them if they are both feminazi.

Because the one who is the most injured is the victim, not difficult to tell. And the majority of domestic abusers are men so that is not discriminatory in any way, it is a fact. Men are also the foremost serial killers and child rapists and child killers…men are more violent than women, too much misdirected testosterone.
EDIT:Race, Sex, and Crime: Does More Men Mean More Urban Violence?
A statistical study shows that past research has failed to find a link between crime and the ratio of men to women in a community because having more men, who commit more crime than women, also decreases crime by reducing the level of family disruption. This effect is stronger for blacks than whites.
——————————————————————————–
Men commit more violent crime than women do. The relationship between sex and crime is well-known and has persisted over time. Does this mean that communities with a higher ratio of men to women—what sociologists call the sex ratio—will have higher crime rates?
Sociologists Steven Messner, from SUNY-Albany, and Robert Sampson, from the University of Chicago, argue that having a higher sex ratio may or may not mean higher crime rates, because the sex ratio exerts two different and opposite effects on the crime rate. They propose that:
Having a higher sex ratio tends to increase violent crime because men are more likely than women to commit violent crime.
Having a higher sex ratio tends to decrease crime because it reduces the "marriage squeeze" faced by women looking for a spouse. Less family disruption leads to less crime.

CRIME & VIOLENCE – Perpetrators and types of crime
There are important gender dimensions in criminal behaviour that make it important to study the variations according to the sex and age of the perpetrators of the crimes. Demographic and social characteristics of offenders, such as marital status, family type, economic situation and whether the person is a lone parent, can also help to analyse the crime from a gender perspective. Convicted criminals can further be classified by type of crime in order to analyse the patterns of crimes among women and men.
Women comprise a small minority of all convicted criminals, constituting around 15 per cent of convicted criminals in most of the ECE countries according to 1996/1998 figures. While women are more likely to commit non-violent crimes, such as theft and economic crimes (such as cheque forgery and illegal credit card use), or resort to violence in self-defence, men commit the majority of violent crimes, according to the Fourth UN Survey of Crime Trends and Operations of Criminal Justice Systems (1986-1990) referred to in Women and Men in Europe and North America (2000).
In most ECE countries, fewer than 1 in 10 assaults are committed by women, as said by the same report. For both women and men in most countries, convictions for assault, i.e. physical attack, comprise less than 20 per cent of all convictions, with few exceptions. The most violent crime, homicide, is one of the rarest crimes committed by both men and women. In general, close to 90 per cent of all homicides are committed by men, with the exception of Canada, Hungary, Latvia and the United States, where women account for between 14 and 23 per cent, according to official figures from 1980, 1990, and 1998.

That’s a good one LOL, it depends on who started or caused the fight, but that’s with all people, because domestic means Family, household, servant, tame, native.

If the cops show up at all, and take it seriously, they’ll arrest the more "butch" partner.
