Domestic Violence Is OK in Canada as long as your a Women

January 212010

The Courts and Police in Canada have shown that they simply DO NOT Care about Male Victims of Domestic Violence, even when a Women admits to the CRIME under Oath they will not lay charges!

This is in clear violation of Section 15.1 (2) of the Canadian Charter Of Rights And Freedoms which states

15. (1) Every individual is equal before and under the law and has the right to the equal protection and equal benefit of the law without discrimination and, in particular, without discrimination based on race, national or ethnic origin, colour, religion, sex, age or mental or physical disability.

(2) Subsection (1) does not preclude any law, program or activity that has as its object the amelioration of conditions of disadvantaged individuals or groups including those that are disadvantaged because of race, national or ethnic origin, colour, religion, sex, age or mental or physical disability.

Please write the Ontario Government demanding to know why Women are allowed to Abuse Men and get away with it ! Tell them they need to HELP Men as well as Women who are Victims of Domestic !!!

    I stand by …
I stand by everything you fight for. So many “feminists” out there abuse the system in their favour, all the while claiming that they’re “merely asking for equality”. But when a man asks for equality they rear their heads in laughter. It’s absolutely sickening and unacceptable. I really wish this issue had more publicity.
On a different note, I’m glad you have both men and women on your side. This war can’t be won without the voices of both genders.

    I’m not exactly …
I’m not exactly sure how the legal system in Canada differs from that of the US but, usually if you when a civil suit against someone for damages done during the course of a criminal act (i.e. assault), criminal courts may be more apt to prosecute.

    I’m happy that you …
I’m happy that you are in a healthy relationship now….and very disturbed about your ex-wife’s attempt to harm your new girlfriend. I am even more disturbed that she did so in the presence of you child.

I would suggest that your new girlfriend apply for a restraining order against your ex-wife and possible a civil suit.

I do intend to make …
I do intend to make another video showing all the “Police Reports” where I have called them for HELP, and was Laughed at and told “It’s A Women’s World”… People really need to see for themselves!

This is in Violation of Sections 15.1 (2) of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, I am not receiving “Equal Justice” due to my Gender, there is no “Equality” due to my Gender..

It is sad that “SOME” Women have become what they claimed to have feared… and try to exploit their new powers !

Trust it I am not …
Trust it I am not done making videos, I wrote to McGunity, and he said “Sorry I can’t help You”

I wrote and called to a place here in the city that they were in the newspaper after receiving $200,000 of our Tax Money to help research DV claiming to help both Women and MEN, I was told they were more focused on WOMEN and sorry about my luck.

This is a HUMAN Rights Violation !

    I called them…. a Women answered… She LAUGHED when I told her I wanted to file a complaint !….

    I am in a new …

At first my new partner did not believe me when I said my ex-wife was “Crazy” however while she was 8 months Pregnant my Ex-wife tried to assault her by punching her in the stomach while holding the child I am seeking Custody of in her ARMS !

It was WITNESSED, Police Did Nothing, why because her father is friends w Police Chief !

    There is a silent …
There is a silent restraint that have been imposed on men by our western culture. Socially, women have so much more freedom, and they know it. Why else would a female get away with this? It’s not the law, its society and the meaning/expectation so many have attached to the male image: that he’s emotionless and cannot be hurt.
I worry most for the children of such dangerous women: custody should definately belong to the husband.
    I’m not anti-women, just pro-common sense.
    From a lady of Canada.

    @TheBottleClan Do …
@TheBottleClan Do you have actual experience? I don’t think so, because DV complaints are taken very seriously.

  9. gisgradstudent Says:

    Domestic violence …
Domestic violence is simply another way in which we strip away the humanity and self-worth of those we claim to care about. In turn, prepetrators lose their own humanity in the process.
To the maker of this video, I only wish to say that I hope you will not allow yourself to be consumed by what you have survived and, that you will be able to recognize a loving and respectful relationship when it finds you.

    contd.
    This has …

    contd.
This has led to a movement that supports the “taking back of strength” by taking it away from their “male oppressors”. In essence, many women have become the monsters that they have always hated and feared.

  11. gisgradstudent Says:

    Hey all,

    I just …
    Hey all,

I just wanted to say a few things on this subject so, hear me out:

ANY AND EVERYONE CAN BE THE VICTIM OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE!
One of the reasons that the Law does not recognize male survivors of abuse is because the laws were created around masculine stereotypes that don’t account for victimization by women. For many decades, women were not protected from DV under the law.

  12. TheBottleClan Says:

I agree any type of …
I agree any type of violence is wrong but this video makes it seem like the system is always in favor of women when it is not. The system is built for men, by men it’s called patriarchy. How many women do you see in formal politics? Before you point fingers at women, look at your “brothers” and see what they’ve done to oppress women and their fellow men. Stop generalizing about Canada and feminism. You’re just trying hard to sound like smart but really you are not. Grow up. Have a nice day.

  13. MrIhateUTubers Says:

    @TheBottleClan …
@TheBottleClan another FEMINAZI that tries to justify violence against men.

Look bitch, ALL violence is WRONG. Even a woman beating a man. It makes no difference who you think is in power!!!

    fuckin retarded hypocrite.

  14. MrIhateUTubers Says:

    there is a canadian …
there is a canadian woman with many different accounts and usernames – thepsychiatrist2 – zekethenikoslover – SergentSpain…to name a few. She goes around youtube videos saying things like women should be able to kill men and men shouldn’t be able to touch a woman back even in self-defense. Is this the common attitude in liberal Canada towards men?? Why do they believe in one form of violence, while claiming they are trying to stop another? Are all Canadians hypocrites or just plain stupid?

  15. TheBottleClan Says:

    cont’d…
    And when …

    cont’d…
And when women do report abuse to the police, the legal system would ask “what did YOU do to deserve this” putting the blame on the woman for her abuse. Where is the justice in that? Women are always seen as at fault for abuse to others and to their own person. In my opinion, this video is very misogynistic. I’m sorry, you have to do better than that to convince me.

  16. TheBottleClan Says:

I do not agree with …
I do not agree with this video. Yes, I believe that domestic violence exist for men as well but you have to see that the Canadian courts is built by men to benefit men. To say that men experience MORE or EQUAL amounts of violence as women is just absurd. The system is built so that women rely on and subordinate to men.

  17. napyuu Says:

    This is very …
    This is very interesting,

A UK study and research project revealed that women are actually 90% more likely to start an aggressive or abusive encounter in a relationship, and that women actually tend to be more violent than men.

So why the are most laws built opposite of this?

I am a man, I have feelings, I feel pain, why is my well-being less important than a woman’s ?

  18. wwwAgainstTheLawNet Says:

    Thing is that is …
Thing is that is exactly what has happened, the feminist movement has made it so Men are not worth anything ! I’ve contacted the Canadian Charter Of Rights and Freedoms phone number to lay a complaint, of course a “Women” answered, when I explained the situation she Laughed… I wrote to Premier McGuinty and he was like Well too bad for you…… we as Men must band together and demand and protest in full force at the parliament building and Queens Park this coming summer..

  19. bikemike100 Says:

    We must all stand …
We must all stand up for what’s right. There are bad people out there, men and women, and they should be held accountable. Our society should be protective of women, but not to the point that none of them can ever do wrong.
God bless you and keep fighting for what’s right.

  20. bikemike100 Says:

    True. Women can ‘ …
True. Women can ‘get away with murder’. One case happened in Vancouver. A couple came back from the bar, both drunk. They argued. He pushed her down onto the couch. She said, ‘Go to bed, you old drunk’. After he fell asleep, she shot him through the heart with his own rifle. She assumed she’d be charged with murder, but her lawyer claimed ’spousal abuse’, and she was acquitted, found not guilty.

    Have you’re partner …
Have you’re partner drop that baby “give birth” to the ones that doesn’t know the slang and beat the out of you’re ex.

  22. othsma Says:

    I’m not surprise …
I’m not surprise that this happened because feminists have made women the victims and men the bad ones.

I would love to meet a feminist and rip her head off.

  23. AmberNightwolf Says:

    Damn it, this sort …
it, this sort of thing sickens me. Maybe I think like this because I had a lot of guy friends growing up, but if a woman hits a man to me that’s giving the guy permision to treat her like a man and hit her right back.

I can understand why you wouldn’t want to. Hell, I don’t like having play fights with girls smaller than me because I’m worried I’ll do some real damage.

Really though, a court should take this seriously. Regardless of gender, it’s still assault.

  24. fghnpoma Says:

    You’re so …
You’re so right.Just a bad place to be put in.Hell yea the best thing for me is to talk about it what ever it may be. All the best to you and your family take care and god bless!

  25. wwwAgainstTheLawNet Says:

    It’s all about self …
It’s all about self control, abusers want a reaction to justify their actions…. and for people to feel sorry for them when they get their kicked.

Best thing to do is document, and expose them in the long run, all Abusers eventual screw up and screw themselves in the end.

It’s just frustrating during the process… and sometimes we have to speak out.
