February 32010
On behalf of the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR), Ahmed Rehab condemns the tragic killing of Aqsa Parvez in Canada as indefensible and describes the coalition of Muslim organizations all over Canada and North America that have condemned this act and have called, in very strong terms, for the strongest possible prosecution of this man. The Muslim coalition calls for a a policy of zero tolerance within every community against domestic abuse and abuse against women.

Oh yeah and it …
Oh yeah and it wasn’t the Republicans who were supplying and training the Mujahadeen in Afghanistan during the Soviet-Afghan war in the 80’s.

By calling CNN left-wing you have identified yourself as a total nut.

Listen, clean up …
Listen, clean up 1,000+ years of colonialism, genocide, oppression, racism, Mass Destruction Weapons, subjugation, facism, invasions etc. Just stop projecting your own reality on to other people.

Honour killings are …
Honour killings are a cultural problem thats sadly more than once reared its ugly head in communities of different religions and races. The guy clearly condemned it & the man who did it. And she kept on trying to surreptitiously link Islam to it whilst pretending to be neutrally balanced. I understand what people say when they talk of FOX news’s fanatical right wing agenda!
February 3rd, 2010 at 10:40 pm
You are …
You are intentinally disengenous. Scott Peterson did not kill his wife in obedience to Christian doctrine. If evil deeds are not attributable to Islam, I won’t ever make the attibution. For example, no one can blame Islam for the murderous regime of Saddam Hussien, as Saddam and his regime were secularists. The hijab issue is clearly within the Islamic matrix and women are enjoined to wear it pursuant to Islamic doctrine.

First of all, I’m …
First of all, I’m not a CAIR rep. Secondly,
all of the things you’ve mentionted are just baseless lie. Let me refresh your memory by just remiding you how you guys treat women. Scott Peterson killed his pregnant wife. For no reason! Let’s assume all of you accusation were true.
Now, tell me, which one is worse?
February 3rd, 2010 at 10:40 pm
The same thing here …
The same thing here. Islam has nothing to with it too.
February 3rd, 2010 at 10:40 pm
Because …
Because Christianity had nothing to do with it.
February 3rd, 2010 at 10:40 pm
What I’m trying to …
What I’m trying to say is that when that event happend, the media’s headline didn’t read: “A Christian priest was killed by his wife.” because this and that. My point is their faith was not the topic as Aqsa’s case.
February 3rd, 2010 at 10:40 pm
In 2006, a …
In 2006, a Tennessee woman killed her by husband priest after he sexually harrassed her. A prist for God’s sake. So does this mean it’s get to do with (their) faith? when was Christianity the topic? bet you didn’t know that!
February 3rd, 2010 at 10:40 pm
good point & it’s …
good point & it’s not just that but domestic violence & other crimes are a psychological disorder not a religious one.
February 3rd, 2010 at 10:40 pm
QUESTION: How many …
QUESTION: How many Americans kill their children or their parents? When did I ever saw that get on TV?
February 3rd, 2010 at 10:40 pm
When has fox …
When has fox attacked those priests who abused those children? She indicates there was a religious element, when domestic abuse is everywhere. When he tries to indicate there wasn’t a religious element, she interuppts him & then ends the interview. More fairness? Yea, right.
February 3rd, 2010 at 10:40 pm
Let me say, I live …
Let me say, I live in Canada. Two weeks ago, there was another killing of a whole family here in Ottawa. Religion was never bought up. Before then, there were several cases of people from India that killed their wives. This is a culture thing, not a religious thing.
February 3rd, 2010 at 10:40 pm
WTF? Why wouldn’t …
WTF? Why wouldn’t she let him finish?
Whatever happened to Andrea Yates drowning her 5 children? Or the endemic shooting and killing sprees in schools. That’s a disturbing trend, but I don’t see Faux News and their biased anchors condemning that?
Such bullshit, esp. when she tells Rehab to go read Michelle Malkin’s blog of all peoples. She might as well tell a Jew to go read Hitler’s blog.
