Have you never seen the "Islam will rule the world" banners that pop up frequently in the UK? People don't need to think Muslims want to impose Sharia on non-Muslims, they can SEE it happening in Saudi Arabia.

Anyone who thinks other people should bend to their will is acting as God's equal or superior. This is why so many people join a religion, so they can play god. This is a phenomenon common to most religions, not just Islam. For Bible based religions this is the ultimate insult to God and is the reason Adam and Eve got kicked out of Eden. The story Bible based clergy will not teach is: The reason God said to leave the tree of knowledge of good and evil alone is they would become "as gods," and God will not allow false gods in His presence. Read the first three chapters of Genesis.

that's because they come up with their own conclusions based on a few bad muslims, instead of asking the majority of people. i live in the uk and think that it would be a good idea to have sharia law for the muslims but in no way would i impose it on non muslims.

Lets see, it appears that SOMEBODY is flying airplanes full of innocent people into buildings full of innocent people. Hardly a way to promote a "Religion of Peace" if you ask me.

Let’s start with agreement that there are bad or evil Muslims. I can dig that. I can also dig (just to make sure things stay in perspective) that there are good, compassionate Muslims. It’s the same in every class of people.

That being said, there is a subset of Muslms that do want to impose their values on non-Muslims, just as there is a subset of Christians that want to impose their values on non-Christians.

Here are two incidents from the United States. Let’s see if you can pick out which is the Muslim and which is the Christian:

1) A pharmacist refuses to give the morning-after pill because it goes against his religious beliefs.

2) A cab driver refuses to drive a passenger if they are carrying alcohol.

Both occurred in the US. Neither one is fiction. Can you tell which is which?

By using the word "Muslims" in your alleged question, you automatically include the Saudis, Somalians, and Afghans. If an Islamic government forces non-Muslims to also adhere to their Sharia laws, as some of them do, then your point is that Dubai does not do so. Good for you.

Your propaganda isn't working pal. Did you think you could just lie to us and we would fall all over ourselves to elieve you? All we have to do is observe the behavior of muslims all over the world and see that we must protect ourselves from such rabid dogs. It must be absolutely miserable to be a muslim, why do you do it?
