Of course it is sometimes provoked. That doesn’t mean it needs to be acted on… unless the woman is physically attacking the man first. Then she should be restrained from doing so.

In 1996, NOW blackmailed the network into running an PSA that stated Super Bowl Sunday was the day with the highest rate of domestic violence, based on a study that didn’t exist. The national news also ran the story without checking the source.

Doubtful CBS would air domestic violence, even in an ad, but who really cares? It was just a commercial. And it was just the Super Bowl, how boring can you get. Why is this important, to anti-fems or fems?
