Yes I think so. But I once read an article that shorter sharp items are not very helpful from preventing rape. It’s better if you have an umbrella or pepper spray.

Well ALL know in the west if a girl says rape and guy is done for even if it was consentual. So sharia combats that by you have to have a witness or two since people knew women would lie about that to get men in trouble.

Sharia law is not much different than that of the Torah or Christian bible old testament. Jewish law, according to the Talmud requires Two witnesses as well and that is based on content in the Torah. The Torah is the first five books of the old testament. The thing to remember when reading Jewish law or Sharia Law is that it was based on the social structure of thousands of years ago for Jewish law and about 1600 years ago for Islamic Sharia law. Also, realize that there is a burden of proof under today’s US legal system that must be met. Rape like any other crime requires evidence. Forensically it is not difficult to determine whether sex was forced or consensual.

It appears that rape and incest is always used as an primary argument for abortion access. Isn’t that just claiming that most women who have an abortion were raped or a victim of incest.

No, I don’t think so- I think it has more to do with people thinking about the worst, most extreme cases. Rape, incest, and health-endangering pregnancy are all relatively rare in comparison to elective, social abortions, but that doesn’t mean that you can write them off- they do happen, and when people bring them up, they’re doing so because they want to ensure that anybody who says "Abortion is always wrong! It should always be illegal!" knows that they are condemning rape and incest victims to the horrors of carrying such pregnancies to term.

through some sort of martial arts training? do you really believe ur training will work / save you from it?

Some can, not all. And to be honest if someone has not been put in that situation they cannot give you a true answer they can only say what they think they would do.
I have been put in that situation I didn’t think about my training or the moves I was going to do, I had a sense of panic and had to save myself (in other words I went crazy on the dude because I refused to let it happen), and it wasn’t my training that saved me, I just got lucky and happened to connect my knee to his nose.

I teach self defense and one thing I always tell my girls, do not think because you have training you are indestructible. There is no way to be able to know how you are going to react until you are put in that situation and there is no way to know what that person is capable of. When you are trained, you have time to think about moves and combinations you are going to use, when you spar you have an idea of the others training and what they can do. But when you are actually attacked it is a lot different and the person attacking you isn’t going to stop because you are hurt or you messed up. 9 times out of 10 men are stronger then women, and the down fall to women is when they think that they are untouchable.

Imagine after a session of consensual sex between a man and a woman the man latter falsely attempts to press charges of rape against the woman.

Would the woman be remanded, charged, convicted or even at least take the man serious like the women who falsely claim they were raped by a man.

Heck do you even think any man has tried this?

It may have been tried in the past. But, in most likelihood, no. Because of societal views, most men would be made a fool of, if he attempted to do so. Men legitimately raped by females have a tough time convincing authorities that they were. I actually have a short story, not about rape, but rather domestic violence. A friend of mine was mercilessly beaten by his girlfriend (at the time), on several different occasions. He would show up, in our little group of friends, with bruises and some cuts. He would always tell us "It’s no big deal, she’s just a bit moody." The problem was, that he was just overly passive about everything. Eventually, it became too much for him, and he had to dump her (in his own, ‘trying to be overly compromising’ way). Soon after, she started damaging his property and threatening him. About a week after he dumped her, he decided to go to the authorities, and all they told him was to "man up." We, his friends, eventually got her to leave him alone.

Kinda a tangent of the whole ‘rape’ thing, but still valid in the fact that women tend to (but not necessarily always) get off easier with the authorities.

My wife filed a false police report of rape against an individual which led to our receiving threats of violence. Turns out she was having consentual sex with the guy AND about 3 or 4 others. I was wondering if she can be held liable for putting me and the kids in danger and if I have grounds to get an energency protection order.

She should be liable for filing the false police report and endangerment, but I’m not sure how well that will fly without some concrete proof. I would get yourself and your children out of that situation. The threats and/or "being in fear of your safety or bodily harm from another" should be grounds enough to get an emergency protective order. You should call your local law enforcement agency- they can have someone assist you and put a police report on file for you. You could also call the magistrate to ask them about what can be done in terms of charges. Be safe and good luck!

Because in those days women were considered property. When the Males decided to shun the pagan way of life where the men and women held equal status in society they pushed the women into more of a slave or property position. When you do that the woman would become disposable in the eyes of the law of the day. When women were of equal status they were treated with respect and so if raped the men who did the deed were punished. It was a thing where men didn’t like it so the solution was to change their status in society. IE: monotheism which got rid of the goddess(es) and leaving men at the top of the chain.

Was he having sex with her? I mean, if he was caught in flagrante delicto (Latin: "in blazing offense", a legal term used to indicate that a criminal has been caught in the act of committing a crime), he is toast. And if she testifies against him that there was sexual penetration, he is looking at some jail time.

Here, he cannot plead ignorance. It doesn’t matter if she says she was 18; deception does not alter the fact that she was 15. A lot is going to hinge on how ‘precocious" she was and if the prosecutor can prove intentional criminal intent to decieve, but, again, a very tough sell
