Will feminists join me in this fight against false rape accusers?

November 122009

As we all know when a women falsely accuses somebody of rape it is a crime. But yet women almost NEVER get charged/arrested for it. Would you join a fight against false rape allegation women that ruin mens life ?

I would gladly fight against false rape accusers, though they’re not as common as some anti-feminists would have you believe.

The only way to convince femimists to do so would be to point out how all the false accusations these days ultimately harm those women who really HAVE been raped. Thanks to all the liars out there, if a girl says she’s been violated, it’s hard to take her seriously.
If you just point out how this issue effects men, well….the feminist leaders don’t give a rats a**…one of them even said men could "benefit from the experience" (WTF?!).

There are no false rape accusations, smarty pants. Feminists are busy convincing women to tell their own rape stories.

I think it’s crazy how the accuser of such a major crime, such as rape, doesn’t get an equivalent punishment in return that the defendant would have gotten had the accuser’s sinister little plan worked out.

How do you prove it? If it is proven as false, they definitely should go to prison for it.

What some of these feminists fail to realize, or admit, is that many of these false-rape accusers hurt women that actually are raped. Courts and juries may be less inclined to believe a woman that actually was raped if there is a history of women making false rape accusations.

Women that falsely accuse people of rape are the most selfish people I can think of. They not only destroy the life & reputation of an innocent man, but they disparage real victims of rape.

What ever happened to that woman that falsely accused those Duke la crosse athletes of rape? Was there ever a counter-suit or charges filed against her? Some lowlife stripper ruined the reputations of a group of innocent college kids, and yet she doesn’t have to deal with the consequences. She got to keep her identity "hidden". What about the woman that falsely accused Kobe Bryant of rape? What happened to her?

Yes. Anyone who would falsely accuse someone of such a hideous offense should be punished.

You have to understand that sometimes women don’t falsely accuse men of rape on purpose. The trauma of being assaulted in such a personal way can leave anyone delirious and they might unwillingly accuse the wrong person.
    Could you be more sensitive…

You accuse someone of a crime, and it is your word against his, and the court cannot prove a rape has taken place. The man gets found "not guilty" and is this then when you want the woman involved charged with perjury?
It’s an interesting scenario – if you’re not guilty of a crime, then the accuser must be guilty. Hmm.
    I’m not sure about that.
By the way, the courts can bring a charge of perjury. And they do. But just because someone isn’t found guilty of a crime, doesn’t mean that the accuser is guilty of a crime.
What happens in other crimes, when somene is found "not guilty" – is the accuser automatically charged?
Sorry, but often when the evidence is one person’s word against anothers, I would be very wary.
But perhaps past history – of the accuser and of the accused – should be admitted to the court. I mean, it was quite common for the sexual history of the victim to be aired in court, while the history of the accused was hidden, although it was quite clear that in the past he had a history of rape.
    It’s an odd world.

And how would you propose we do that? The problem is, there is a possibility a woman has been raped, even if the court decides they haven’t, or if they withdraw evidence it may mean theyre scared etc. I’m not saying people don’t falsely accuse, but it is difficult to put a punishment in place if it may actually harm people who HAVE been raped, and for whatever reason, withdraw their evidence or a court does not believe them.

‘There are no false rape accusations, smarty pants. Feminists are busy convincing women to tell their own rape stories.’ – That is highly offensive. Do you not even know what feminism is? Maybe you should look it up. No feminist would want some attention seeker to belittle the horrible ordeal of real rape victims, female or male (as feminists aim for the EQUALITY of women and men, no superiority involved.)

    Common sense.

Yes these men do not deserve to be falsely accused of such crimes and the women who lie should experience the prison sentence that they were trying to give to an innocent man. Furthermore they discredit real rape cases letting real violent criminals get away with their crimes.
By the way I am a feminist/equalist and I don’t see how me wanting men and women to be treated as equals makes me less likely to support people bringing justice against women who commit crimes.

I think it’s more important to bring criminals to justice first.

If rape charges are thrown out of court, that doesn’t always mean the guy didn’t do it. It means the State didn’t prove its case or the case was dismissed on a technicality. It doesn’t mean the victim lied. So there are far fewer false accusers running around than you want us to believe.

So rather than fighting against imaginary false rape charges, will YOU join US in seeing justice done? Everybody wins.

Please provide some proof of your allegations. The fact remains that many women, men and children never come forward with their stories because of the shame. Try advocating for the vicitms instead of the monsters who perpetrate these atrocities.

If it was definite that she was lying…then yes.

It’s sexist and unfair to the man to be falsely accused of something, and then just because you’re a woman you can get away with it.
