The Cold, Dark, Truth about Rape in Japan.

As of 2008, unbelievably, still not even one 24-hour rape crisis center exits in Japan. Why? Has nothing changed since the war? Is rape still acceptable in Japan? Rape test kits are not even readily available and rape victims are forced by police to engage in re-enactment photographs of the entire rape against them. Each position of the rape is photographed by the police. We hope that re-enactment photographs will be banned without delay and that rape victims will receive immediate medical care.
One long term resident from Australia, who was raped in Japan, by a U.S. military service member stationed here, is one of three women in the documentary film who talks about the inhumane, outdated and barbaric treatment of rape victims in Japan. Her vision since she was raped in 2002, has been to establish the first 24 hour rape crisis center in Japan. Please hear the voices of the victims in Japan, who need immediate help today.
It is shameful how most victims must suffer alone and in silence with no where to turn to.
This documentary film was made in August 2008 and is the current system of Japan.
If we all work together…we can make a difference. It does not matter where we are around the globe. Just knowing that we are not alone and our goal is one…

Japan can’t even compare against the West in terms of human rights or democratic development. People still think like pre-modern feudal idiots. Yakuza, organized gang, still rules the politics. All sorts of forced prostitution flourishes. It’s not even really democratic; politicians inherit positions from their daddies. No regime change until this year (2009). Pedophilia and incest is a-okay in their minds. Japan, stripped of its false image, can’t even compare to Taiwan or Korea.

People shouldn’t be surprised that this kind of things happen in Japan. Japan, from my experience, is all show and no flash when it comes to human development – it’s rich (although not that much). But beneath the golden coating there lies a rotten culture and a third-world state of mind that has been carried over from its feudal days.

Good god… That’s just sickening. To know how a man do such a thing. I’m a guy and when I watch this…It just makes me feel so angry.
