Carry a stun gun or …
Carry a stun gun or pepper spray would be a good idea as well. Walking with confidence is a good idea but it’s no guarentee. Carrying pepper spray or a stun gun also doesn’t 100% prevent an attack, but it does increase your chances of not being attacked and getting away.
